How to Enable Mobile Data on the Notification bar for all Samsung mobiles.
Go to Setting>About Phone
After that click on the "Build Number" 4 times repeatedly.
Click on the "Developer Option" and Allow the USB debugging
Download the notification bar file

After that extract the WinRAR file.
Open the folder and search "cmd exe" file
Now connect your mobile with PC
And type "adb services" and Enter
then type "adb shell" and Enter
Mobile Data Copy [ settings put secure sysui_qs_tiles "$(settings get secure sysui_qs_tiles),MobileData,Hotspot" ] and Past in the cmd exe file
